1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through genrug.com or any of our associated Vercel deployment URLs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Products & Custom Orders
All rugs sold on GenRug are hand-tufted in Nepal using 100% wool. Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to monitor calibration and the natural dyeing process. Custom orders are accepted at the sole discretion of GenRug and are non-refundable once production has commenced.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in NPR (Nepalese Rupees) unless stated otherwise. GenRug reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price that will be charged.
4. Payment
We accept online bank transfers and cash on delivery (where available). Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified. GenRug is not liable for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or third-party payment failures.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including imagery, product descriptions, logos, and copy — is the property of GenRug. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
GenRug shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
